Welfare Activities Under Project - ASARRE
Orphanage - The organization is taking care of orphan and abandoned children of the society, providing them with food, clothing, shelter and education. Running orphanage for 50 children.
Scholarship – is an award of financial-aid for a student to further education. Scholarships are awarded on various criteria usually reflecting the values and purposes of the donor or founder of the award.
Old age home -
Old age shelter homes for all the needy, destitute under privileged and the depressed people of all walks of life, irrespective of caste, co lour, creed or sex anywhere in India, uplift, lead these people to live a life of dignity and identity Establish Training and rehabilitation centers for the children at risk, with separate boys and girls hostels with reasonable facilities and with a loving and caring atmosphere.
Medical camps - We are conducting many medical camp in our trust for the sake of children. During that period many Doctors visited . Many other social workers, well hearted parents are visited.
Free book distribution - We are conducting free book distribution for government schools, poor students.
Mobile medical service for senior citizens & village people - We are also conducting mobile medical camp in our trust for the sake of senior citizens & village people.
Temporary stay home - We will also provide Temporary stay home for destitute women.
Rain water harvesting – SMCT offers rain water harvesting for accumulating and storing of rainwater for reuse before it reaches the aquifer.
Cultural programmes – Conducting cultural competitions “ prathiba karanji” for school and college students to bring out their hidden talents every year.

Self-employment training programme for women
We will also provide self- employment Training and guide unemployed youth under vocational training programmes.
- Distribution of free books and clothes to the needy children of Bangalore and rural areas.
Free cloth distribution at slums - Organized more than 100 street plays in slums to create awareness about health and cleanliness.
Sri satya sai mahila charitable trust is dedicated to provide shelter and education to orphans,poor and handicapped children from last 10 years.started with 6 children in 1999,now 50 to 100 children are benefited every year under ‘Asare’ scheme. All these children are in the age group between 6 to 12 years.
Sri satya sai mahila charitable trust provides them free food,education,medical aid, and all other basic requirements. Also trust appointed dedicated warden and teachers to teach them good culture and habits.
AIM & OBJECTIVES THAT DRIVE THE TRUST:
SMCT firmly believes that our people can be formed into a great force with proper guidance.
To this end, the trust will adopt yoga and meditation to help uphold our great moral and spiritual values.
Similarly, our knowledge in traditional Indian medicine system- Ayurveda and our rich culture embodied in Folklore and Folk arts will also be upheld. Refinement of thought should lead to excellent communal harmony.
The trust will collaborate and join hands with like minded organization, to achieve these objectives and thus supplement and complement the welfare activities of the government.
